For every 10ppm of CO2, alkalinity and total hardness will be raised by 18ppm as CO3.
For each 10ppm of CO2 removed, 12mg of pHlocrite B will be used.
Replacement pHlocrite B is available.

If the water to be treated contains iron and manganese then a backwashing unit should be used to prevent media binding.

All domestic systems are supplied with service line flow controllers.

Systems up to and including pH 17 include quick release couplings for ease of refilling.

Larger systems, pH20 and above, use a top and bottom entry vessel for maximum flow. These do not include flow controllers of couplings.

The lifetime and rate of consumption of the media depends entirely upon site conditions.
