CalMax

CalMax is a robust filter system designed with heavier users of water in mind. It is ideal for large properties such as farms, offices and factories. Water from the mains supply is connected to the inlet port of the unit and directed down through the filter cartridge. This reduces unwanted contaminants. Filtered water then flows up through the centre of the cartridge and through the outlet to supply treated water.

CalMax comes in two sizes. The first is CalMax 10”. This relates to the size of the housing. Next is the CalMax 20”.  CalMax 20” will give twice the life of the CalMax 10”.

Both the housings come with a choice of two cartridges. The first is a sediment cartridge, Max S. This will reduce sediment, dirt and discolouration. The second is a carbon block cartridge, Max C. This will reduce the same contaminants as the Max S but will also reduce bad taste, chlorine, odour, organic materials, bacteria, cysts and heavy metals.

CalMax comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not cover the filter cartridge which will need to be replaced at least twice annually depending on your water quality. For more details please click here.
